Design team is very creative and talented.

This company overall is great in a lot of ways. We are on our way to being successful but without an experienced Creative Director who understands marketing to consumers we will continue to limp along. It's hard to see the need for change but not have the power to make it or to be heard.

  • Pendleton is a very old-fashioned company culture. Some aspects of this are good; despite its size it still thinks of itself as a "family-run" company, and they're good about promoting from within and providing decent employee well-being programs. However the flip side is a culture that is old-fashioned in a number of bad ways, including pretty rampant sexism, classism and racism.
