Pendleton is a very old-fashioned company culture. Some aspects of this are good; despite its size it still thinks of itself as a "family-run" company, and they're good about promoting from within and providing decent employee well-being programs. However the flip side is a culture that is old-fashioned in a number of bad ways, including pretty rampant sexism, classism and racism.
