Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As more tasks and special projects were added to workload, compensation did not keep up.
With the rapid change in Portland's market my previously competitive salary has not kept up. I work hard, have been promoted, exceed expectations and been devoted to a company I love. Unfortunately, I no longer feel my company values me. Additionally, offering matching 401ks would be an improvement.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Design team is very creative and talented.
My team is driven and effective. We have fun brainstorming and work well together.

My interview was a bit atypical but I liked that it was casual.

What makes you most happy at work?
The ability I have to truly be a creative designer, to have my work seen and get honest and productive feedback. I really do feel so blessed to love what I do and feel appreciated for my creative efforts.
I'm most happy at work when successfully completing a project and seeing it work out in the world.
