    As more tasks and special projects were added to workload, compensation did not keep up.

    With the rapid change in Portland's market my previously competitive salary has not kept up. I work hard, have been promoted, exceed expectations and been devoted to a company I love. Unfortunately, I no longer feel my company values me. Additionally, offering matching 401ks would be an improvement.
