The opportunity for growth is exciting. However, I don't feel a connection to my team and our culture needs a lot of improvement. There is a disconnect from leadership on the awareness of available time because of day-to-day operations and understanding the time required for new ideas/ changes.

Everyone seems to care and wants to improve the culture. We have a long way to go but I see the possibility for success.

Everyone on the team leans in when there's work to be done. I don't think anyone is lacking in their work performance. Everyone is open to new ideas and receptive to changes. Everyone is eager to learn and excited about the future

The leadership team are experts in their fields. I am very confident that each member is the right choice in order to drive sales, which is the most important aspect. We have excellent category knowledge between decades in the pet/ human category, and success scaling companies of our size.

Being included in the equity program is the main reason I'm still at Pet Honesty. I've gotten offers with much higher base and bonus and the culture here still has lots of room for improvement but the learning opportunity, being part of an amazing success story and the equity are all very motivating

I'm most happy when I'm learning, being included in high-level meetings and decisions. I'm happy when we do culture-building activities and when I get to learn more about the personal lives of my co-workers. I'm excited about all of the new opportunities we have in front of us but we need more focus
