Our assistant manager is more of a help to us than the actual gm. She helps us whereever we need and has the patience to teach us when we dont understand certain things
its tough, it honestly doesn't feel much different from a fast food job minus the food and replace it with equipment
Your sales rep makes 90X the amount of the people who provide the actual service . . . and you proudly post this information; I think this alone speaks for how you run your company; you even have stats on people who work less than a year tend to have no opinion on you . . . keep the door revolving
