The PTO is flexible and generous, and the health coverage is the best I've had in my professional career. In the last year, I've had to see several specialists due to a health concern and was shocked by how much was covered by my plan.

They didn't just ask the same standard interview questions. They asked me some more challenging and thought-provoking questions about my skills, past experience, and specific projects, which created a great discussion. They also came across as very open and honest about the role and expectations.

They really care about making the right decisions, not just for the company, but for our entire team. They are always working to propel the company's growth and success, but they make decisions with heart and concern for how they will impact employees and not just the bottom line.

I don't feel undervalued, but the path to promotion and growth is sometimes unclear. Employees need to take most of the initiative when it comes to asking for advancement. Leadership could do more to demonstrate that they value high performance by taking the initiative to reward it on their own.

There are a lot of great team-building events that go beyond the typical birthday and holiday parties. We come together as a company to support charities, go rock climbing, compete in tough mudders, play lazer tag....we work hard, but we also get that hard work rewarded with a lot of fun.

The best part of Recruitics to me IS my team. They are intelligent, supportive, fun and always constructive in their feedback. It's great to work with people who care about what they do and genuinely want to help each other grow & succeed without animosity. I've found great friends in my teammates.

Che cosa ti rende più felice sul posto di lavoro?

I love the work I get to do every day, and I always feel lucky to work with such an amazing team. I'm also given so many opportunities to learn new skills and tackle new challenges every day. That really helps keep me interested and engaged and prevents things from getting boring or monotonous.
