The people are the best part of Recruitics.
Having supportive managers who are willing to listen, help you grow, and be successful in your role
Fun, Open, Collaborative, Innovative, Creative
The culture is very inclusive and everyone is friendly and approachable.
I have made some amazing friends at Recruitics, the people that I work with continue to be my favorite part of the job.
Reactive vs. proactive, broken (or non-existent) processes. Unfair pay for some. Siloed behavior with lack of interest in collaborating. Slack makes team less productive than email and avoids direct collaboration.
