What I love the most about the leadership team is the ease of communication with them. It can be very intimidating to speak with a higher up, but this leadership team truly cares about an individuals experience with the company and will ensure to provide solutions to any issues.
I find them inspiring, responsive, helpful and respectful. In finding the right solution, they can be challenging in a good way to help achieve the best result & service and help me as an individual learn new things.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

The leadership team is too reactive rather than proactive. I wish they would be more proactive about communicating clearly to the company, following through on deadlines and promises.
Leadership has made rapid improvements to Recruitics as a company. Our processes are becoming more scalable and leadership does truly care about this business. Employee growth is not fostered and direct managers are too busy and stressed with other projects to help.
