Very conversational, and had a chance to meet with people off all different levels. They wanted to make sure we were a good fit for each other, not just one way.

Every phone call sharing that I made it to the next round of interviews, HR asked, "are you still interested in working at Recruitics?" This seems so small, but no one in any interview process I've been through in the past has asked me that.

The recruiter was fantastic, but some of the conversations and communications with leadership during the process were "hit or miss."
