What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership has made rapid improvements to Recruitics as a company. Our processes are becoming more scalable and leadership does truly care about this business. Employee growth is not fostered and direct managers are too busy and stressed with other projects to help.

I have a moderate workload which does not reflect my current salary. My co-worker has the same role as me but is paid more than me.

What did you like most about the interview process?
There's a chance to show your work and thought process. Interviews are often scary and stressful, but have a project to do helps to show your technical skills.

The people. Everyone at the company is approachable, friendly and nice. Everyone wants everyone to succeed and have a great work/life balance.
