What do you like best about the leadership team?
This is the most supportive leadership team I have ever had. I feel valued, and respected, and have a clear road map for learning and development. And I am an entry-level employee currently who is only two months into the company. I think that says a lot.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The salary is amazing for an entry level position.

The PTO is flexible and generous, and the health coverage is the best I've had in my professional career. In the last year, I've had to see several specialists due to a health concern and was shocked by how much was covered by my plan.

What are some of the best things about your team?
There is a strong sense of connection and willingness to be vulnerable with my teammates. Every person I work with is someone I would invite to my house outside of work. I have no idea how they achieved this, but they did.

There does not seem to be a single person in the company who isn't valued, respected, and treated like a worthy member of the Recruitics team.

There are a lot of great team-building events that go beyond the typical birthday and holiday parties. We come together as a company to support charities, go rock climbing, compete in tough mudders, play lazer tag....we work hard, but we also get that hard work rewarded with a lot of fun.

They didn't just ask the same standard interview questions. They asked me some more challenging and thought-provoking questions about my skills, past experience, and specific projects, which created a great discussion. They also came across as very open and honest about the role and expectations.
