That I am going to do great work with people I love. Which pushes me to strive to become my best self for them. I have the opportunity to uplift and empower others to do things they have never done before. It's an amazing feeling! I absolutely love what I do every day!

I love surrounding myself with self-motivated and driven people. They challenge and push me to be better each day. They are not afraid to be vulnerable and humble as we all learn together. They are also not afraid to take risks, innovate and develop. Above all, I love that they are amazing humans!

Route has a culture that cares, when I say care, I mean genuinely cares. When we say culture we don't talk about a ping-pong table, snack bar, and swag. We mean our culture is the person, the individual, they are what most matters. We focus on the individual first and we personally invest in them.
