I really liked that it felt like a conversation, they were interviewing me to see if I was a fit but they also wanted to make sure that I knew it was very important to them that I felt Scorpion was a fit for me. I've never experienced that before.

Everyone and I mean EVERYONE is so nice and grateful. You help someone on your team or not on your team and they are so thankful. It makes you feel so good. Also whenever I am working with someone I haven't met before they are always engaging and personable. I feel like everyone genuinely cares!

They truly care about me and their employees. There is an open door policy and I feel comfortable talking to them about any feedback good or bad. They have gone above and beyond to care for me as an employee, when I went on maternity leave they showered me with gifts and food gift cards! BEYOND NICE

My role is to help others at the company grow and move into positions they really love and want to make a career out of. When I help people do that it is the BEST feeling. I love helping people and I get to help people I work with. I also love the care that our employees put into helping our clients

I love my team, my managers are so kind and caring. If I ever need to take off to take care of my son it is NEVER a problem and my manager won't even let me work and it is paid. I am friends with all of my team members and they are all so nice and funny. We have a great time! I love what I do!
