Patient and kind and completely professional
human approach to the business

My departmental leadership team is wonderful but our executive leadership needs more racial diversity.
They truly care about me and their employees. There is an open door policy and I feel comfortable talking to them about any feedback good or bad. They have gone above and beyond to care for me as an employee, when I went on maternity leave they showered me with gifts and food gift cards! BEYOND NICE

We've had a few new executives join the company and they've really elevated the transparency. Virtual townhalls are done and no question goes unanswered.
Our transition to a Saas company with a focused direction that is going to be tough yet rewarding for all scorpions. The biggest driver of my happiness is our new platform helping so many local either get back on their feet due to COVID or thrive and infuse the economy.
