Patient and kind and completely professional

My departmental leadership team is wonderful but our executive leadership needs more racial diversity.
They truly care about me and their employees. There is an open door policy and I feel comfortable talking to them about any feedback good or bad. They have gone above and beyond to care for me as an employee, when I went on maternity leave they showered me with gifts and food gift cards! BEYOND NICE

Comission structure is very rewarding

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Scorpion is completely lost in paying fair compensation. People have been hired to fix this issue but it has only gotten worse. Scorpion is a unique place that typical roles don't apply equally to the market. The new management doesn't understand this.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Collaboration is common in our roles
They genuinely care about one another
Very smart people. I've learned some new ways of doing things from them.
Love having people to bounce off
It's a supportive work environment and the people live that approach

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People in all roles help eachother
Flexible schedule as long as you get your work done, but definitely expect to work at least 8 1/2 hours a day. It is great being able to work from home.
