Everyone works hard, are treated fairly and voices are listened to equally.
I love my team, my managers are so kind and caring. If I ever need to take off to take care of my son it is NEVER a problem and my manager won't even let me work and it is paid. I am friends with all of my team members and they are all so nice and funny. We have a great time! I love what I do!
