People in all roles help eachother

Flexible schedule as long as you get your work done, but definitely expect to work at least 8 1/2 hours a day. It is great being able to work from home.

Work hard, play hard, get paid for what you do,

Everyone and I mean EVERYONE is so nice and grateful. You help someone on your team or not on your team and they are so thankful. It makes you feel so good. Also whenever I am working with someone I haven't met before they are always engaging and personable. I feel like everyone genuinely cares!
