Best place I've worked in nearly every way. Fun, smart, humble people, cool industry, good perks and reasonable lifestyle.

Customer Service, and oh their service as a whole. Seat Geek did not deliver my tickets and won't refund.

Fees are high, inability to see specific seats, no customer support, they hold your money beyond a reasonable time-- they do not complete transfers on time

Consistency and communication between customer service representatives; provide the ability to request to speak to the same representative rather when calling to discuss one specific case
