What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People work hard and care a lot, but there is no unreasonable expectation about how many hours you put in at the office. If you need to work from home for some reason, nobody bats an eye.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Ease of scheduling and get in contact with folks if I needed to ask a question or follow up.
We interview for the person, not the role. We care about putting smart, good people in a position to figure things out, rather than looking for very specific experience and credentials.

The brand! My god, from the copywriting to the illustrations, it's a uniquely expressive and well-developed brand kit.
