too much fingerpointing at exec table. someone needs to step up and demand action and hold ppl/orgs accountable. stop dumping the problems on sellers to fix. build a product and process that allows your sellers to sell.
Don't lie to us, don't lie to the customers. Treat everyone with respect without gaslighting and sugarcoating. Decide if you want to keep your customers and employees and then act accordingly.
My experience has been good, the work is challenging in a good way that allows me to continue to grow.

I have referred numerous people to Smartsheet because it is a great place to work with numerous opportunities. I have been here for almost 6 years and am satisfied and love it at Smartsheet.

it varies from team to team. some teams dont seem to have one at all.

15 days PTO & "flexible sick time"

What is the company mobility like at Smartsheet?
I disagree with the previous comment, we're a very rapidly growing company and there's infinite room for internal mobility. HR recommends people be in their previous role for at least a year (but it's not a hard rule), and the internal interview process is quick and easy.
Limited mobility so be careful in choosing your starting role because you'll be there for a while...
How hard is it to get promoted at Smartsheet?
I've worked here for 2.5 years and been promoted twice. Do good work and you'll be rewarded.
It is very difficult. They just recently started a leadership development program but space is severely limited. Smartsheet seems like a good place to make a paycheck but, if you want to grow professionally beyond your current role, look elsewhere.

Company has conducted 3 rounds of layoffs in the last year and is determined to offshore as much as possible.
