The Soaring Eagle Casino & Resort is a Casino, Hotel, and Entertainment venue located near Mount Pleasant, Michigan. It is owned and operated by the Saginaw Chippewa Tribal Nation. Soaring Eagle offers a typical selection of pit and table games such as blackjack, roulette, craps, three card poker, and Let It Ride. In addition to slot machines in the main casino, an additional gaming hall called the "Slot Palace" is located across the street and offers Bingo, Keno, and additional slot machines. The casino also includes an 18-table poker room, which features games such as Texas hold 'em, seven-card stud, and Omaha hi-low. The poker room also features a bad beat jackpot and weekly Texas hold 'em tournaments. Being able to go around and check on the employees in various departments, also seeing our guests happy.

Well since I am an integrated employee coming from other departments, it felt comfortable. Like I was catching up with family.

My team personally is very upbeat and positive and we try to reflect that onto our associates. We get along and communicate greatly.

A lot, there are currently changes underway to help boost employee morale and guest satisfaction and I am happy to be apart of that.

Definitely the array of personalities and people. I enjoy learning about what everyone does outside of work and see what insights or education they have that I do not.

The place makes millions and they try to skimp on everything, including wages.

for the size of company and the amount of money they bring in, you would think they would compensate their staff better. I was an usher, and only got minimum wage. this company brings in lots of money, and to work for pennies, and the heavy lifting I had to do was unreal. so not fair! out of 6 ppeo

They are intentional about training, and preparing employees for the job ahead of them.
