The things they do make no since, the higher ups never allow feedback from the employees as to what would make their job easier.

Work together. Stop being clichey. Communicate instead of expecting new employees to read your mind.

Working together would be a good start. A whole lot less high school style gossip would be good.

Definitely the array of personalities and people. I enjoy learning about what everyone does outside of work and see what insights or education they have that I do not.

Individual needs are taken into consideration

Compensation people no who have only work here for one year should not be making 30 cents more per hour than people who have worked here 25 years

It was simple but the orientation process is unnecessary HR clownery.
