What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Definitely the array of personalities and people. I enjoy learning about what everyone does outside of work and see what insights or education they have that I do not.

for the size of company and the amount of money they bring in, you would think they would compensate their staff better. I was an usher, and only got minimum wage. this company brings in lots of money, and to work for pennies, and the heavy lifting I had to do was unreal. so not fair! out of 6 ppeo

Compensation people no who have only work here for one year should not be making 30 cents more per hour than people who have worked here 25 years
