Dedicated, hard working and easy going.
for the size of company and the amount of money they bring in, you would think they would compensate their staff better. I was an usher, and only got minimum wage. this company brings in lots of money, and to work for pennies, and the heavy lifting I had to do was unreal. so not fair! out of 6 ppeo

My team personally is very upbeat and positive and we try to reflect that onto our associates. We get along and communicate greatly.

Work together. Stop being clichey. Communicate instead of expecting new employees to read your mind.
Working together would be a good start. A whole lot less high school style gossip would be good.
