Customer relations could be much better

Customer service is very good

Worst new year ever Paid $140 for 1980 New Year party. NO seating, no dancing unless you had a hip bracelet. Only beer and wine to drink Had to carry our coat's around. Finally left at 10:00. I do NOT recommend any soaring eagle event's

Better raises. 1% is insulting.

If you walk in there with a suit tuxedo you're going to hit payout after payout. They seem to cater to the rich. No surprise they're there to make money. But if you're an average Joe hoping to walk in there and catch a lucky jackpot. You might be lucky to scrounge up a couple hundred.
