EVERYTHING. TAKING FOR ACTION WHAT THEIR EMPLOYEES ARE CONCERNED WITH, ESPECIALLY WHEN SAFETY OF PERSONNEL IS AT RISK.
Lots of people interviewed me. It was as if they wanted to make sure they hired the right people. nowadays its a joke.
AT LEAST HALF OF THEM WORK. THE OTHERS HIDE AND GET PAID OR ADVANCED CAUSE THEY ARE "YES MEN." THEY HAVE NO SELF-WORTH OR INTEGRITY.
I FEEL UNDERVALUED BECAUSE WHAT WE DISCUSS WITH LEADERSHIP DOES NOT GET ANY ATTENTION, AND THINGS REMAIN THE SAME. I WOULD FEEL BETTER ABOUT MY COMPENSATION IF I WAS GETTING PAID CORRECTLY. PER INDUSTRY STANDARD WE ARE MAKING ROUGHLY $5-$10 LESS THAN THE LOWEST END OF AEROSPACE EMPLOYEES.
