What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Make sure the space is available to complete the promises made to stakeholders

From my perspective, it didn't seem like people managers were given training on how to actually manage. I have heard of numerous instances where managers are given poor ratings from their employees, but are promoted. It felt like managing the team was the least important part of my manager's job.

Being supportive of their employees and fostering a culture of respect and creativity. Not promoting or tolerating managers who are dismissive of their subordinates
