What makes you most happy at work?Solving problems and launching rockets
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Everyone is thrilled about the mission, passionate, and dedicated to their jobs.
What is the best part about your compensation package? The stock is life changing. The benefits are excellent, you can purchase fantastic insurance for a very inexpensive cost.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Make sure the space is available to complete the promises made to stakeholders
What does the leadership team need to get better at?From my perspective, it didn't seem like people managers were given training on how to actually manage. I have heard of numerous instances where managers are given poor ratings from their employees, but are promoted. It felt like managing the team was the least important part of my manager's job.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Instead of only responding to emergencies, future planning for the team would be extremely helpful.
