I FEEL UNDERVALUED BECAUSE WHAT WE DISCUSS WITH LEADERSHIP DOES NOT GET ANY ATTENTION, AND THINGS REMAIN THE SAME. I WOULD FEEL BETTER ABOUT MY COMPENSATION IF I WAS GETTING PAID CORRECTLY. PER INDUSTRY STANDARD WE ARE MAKING ROUGHLY $5-$10 LESS THAN THE LOWEST END OF AEROSPACE EMPLOYEES.

Cost of living between Texas and California, as well as Florida are radically different. Percentages should be allotted to compensate for steep cost of living in California. I would feel better if they paid industry standard wages, and then if you want over time too, pay accordingly.
I have been discriminated against for not graduating from an Ivy League school, but a state school. Was told even tho I’m worth more spacex won’t pay me more because our director dosent like my college.
