Great atmosphere, everyone is very helpful
My teammates are passionate and extroadinary engineers. Communication takes the path of least resistance (most commonly with no manager in the loop). Each person creates their own roadmap and designs and owns high impact systems.
This is a team that works together for a common goal to be the best company they can.and the first and forerunner In space exploration
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Instead of only responding to emergencies, future planning for the team would be extremely helpful.

Lack of experience, as the company expands the number of motivated, skilled workers has decreased. Company seems to breed social climbers.
