They do not interact much with the team. Environment feels a bit like surfs and nobles. There is a lot of cliques and favoritism.

We are given the opportunity to purchase stock in this amazing company. I've known people who were able to retire After only seven years with the company.

Average wage has increased, but mine has not in comparison. New hires make roughly 8k more per year than I do

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The company environment is awful, you go to work not knowing if you will have a job at the end of your shift, and HR is just as deep in the "Good Ol Boys" group as the rest, so they are useless!!

Having the ability to give opinions on progress of work loads. As well as the flexibility of not being stuck at a desk all day. Social interactions, and making history.
