they all need to stop being scared of the management!! its time to stand up and say no more to the unfair treatment and mean ways they treat the little guy, especially in Inventory in Mcgregor Texas!!
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The company environment is awful, you go to work not knowing if you will have a job at the end of your shift, and HR is just as deep in the "Good Ol Boys" group as the rest, so they are useless!!
