  • vacations are awesome. you get your first bump at 3 years! Also it's good to have separate sick time so they don't overlap.

  • You can earn up to 2 weeks per year (80 hours). If you don't use it, it'll get paid to you. The maximum amount of hours you may roll over onto the new year is 20 hours.

  • open office concept, extremely loud with talking and whitenoise machines, noise canceling headphones are a requirement. This is not conducive to an office full of engineers and scientists. Collaborative open office concepts don't work, and everyone dislikes this new "open" concept
