I didn't feel like I was being tricked. The questions were technical, clean, and to the point. I felt a genuine interest in getting to me and wanting me to understand the culture and the work.

There are no politics. We are equally valued and everyone is heard. Also, everyone is encouraged to come up with new ideas or new technologies that they see fit. And we are supported in the decision we make.

Consistency is what I love about our company. We are guaranteed to get our bonuses, shares, and raises, especially if we've performed well. There is no middle management therefore the higher-ups are directly involved and see the progress we make every year.

Everyone on the team is professional, caring, and generous with their time. Everyone is very responsive and meetings are short and to the point. This is the most efficient team I've ben a part of and it shows in how fast we put out new features. Most importantly we have decent humans as coworkers.

I feel valued and rewarded for my hard work. Our leadership is a no bs team and we are constantly updated about how the company is doing or any structural changes that are happening. I never feel surprised by our success or failure. I feel seen and cared for and I feel encouraged to be and do better
