the people are nice but the senior management is the worst. They have no leadership skills and no vision. They keep giving themselves raises but cutting resources on the project. They do not care about the wellness of their employee. They are also very incompetent, do not understand technology.

If the company can give their employee raises that at least keeps up with inflation. Instead upper management love to give themselves raises.

literally nothing. I like my manager and my team lead. They are trying their best and actually care about people that work for them.

people in my team are really smart and they actually care about their job. They want to do a good job and take pride in their product.

it was ok. really depends on the HR. there are also huge turn over of HR. Since the pay is low all the talents are leaving the company.

senior management are incompetent. They have no idea what they are doing however they are unwilling to listen to their employee or care. All they seem to care if their own career and the money they are making.
