State Street Team Employee Reviews

What are some of the best things about your team?

Team work together but they are undervalued & this is due to MD Jayashree Sathy , VP Arpit Jhawar, & VP Hari Vellatt

All of the colleagues on my team work hard. They have been working here for years and have a lot of knowledge. However they are all underpaid for the jobs that they perform.

I don't want to do this bit

I dont wish to express it

Strong commitment to the work and to each other

The work ethic of the team

Engaging and innovative. Team participation is good

Hard working even though they are over worked and have been fixing all the mistakes our colleagues in India make.

Co-operation, team spirit, handwork and dedication to duty

Review from Customer Support Dept

They are very supportive and helpful

Coffee runs and team events

My team is like a family, we all bond because we?

Review from Customer Support Dept

Team members are receptive to each other's ideas and willing to jump into a project to help out whenever necessary in order to produce a quality result, even if it is not necessarily their responsibility.

communication, dynamic, respect, sociable etc

people in my team are really smart and they actually care about their job. They want to do a good job and take pride in their product.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

They should be willing to work more collaboratively.

I either don't care about or actively loathe my coworkers, and I know they feel the same about me. Management is out of touch with the modern world and refuses to accept any criticism revolving around that very obvious fact.

Cross functional collaboration and tranparency from leadership

No performance culture - everyone knows it's just a job. People adapt to the chaos by developing bad habits: pushing work onto others instead of contributing, pointing fingers, having a passive attitude about improvement. My offshore coworkers are the low bidder for the job and bad at it.

Need to educate themselves and expand skill set

Cross train to provide better coverage

I get along well with my coworkers
