State Street Leadership Employee Reviews

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Always supportive and encourage career advancement

Talk about things that are important, but disconnect from how that plays out on the ground

Pleasure to have a team like this

Carrying everyone along and everyone opinion matters

Review from Customer Support Dept

It is very friendly , work culture is good

literally nothing. I like my manager and my team lead. They are trying their best and actually care about people that work for them.

some of them were people with great leadership skills, great on the technical side.

A passion for moving the company forward in innovative ways to position ourselves at the forefront of our industry.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Need to stop pretend that they are people oriented

By communicating and not giving one individual on the team, the 30 to make all the decisions

Talk to the employees who are actually doing the daily work

Long term outlook and vauling employees. Everything is controlled by third party vendors as SSB has lost most of their in-hiuse knowledge base.

Connect with organization. Plans are not inline to reality

Improve the employee and customer experience drastically. Don't mandate the hiring of offshore low bidders for labor. When you buy out a company, don't let the seller walk away with the entire purchase price. Reward the employees that choose to stay. Fake woke emails are no substitute for action.

Quit and leave the job for someone competent

Raises and promotions instead of layoffs

The morale is low and turnover high.

Please have some mercy and pay your employee fairly
