the leadership team is really effective, responsive, and supportive..I think their fast execution comes from the military backgrounds of many of our leaders which brings a strong sense of discipline and efficiency

I love my time here thusfar. Ive been able to grow professionally and personally and have developed meaningful friendships and relationships. It's a small culture/startup feel without micromanagement.
