years of lack of innovation cannot be simply overcome by more marketing and sales, especially since our current user base is very developer centric - yet we don't have much for them currently

Innovation - we are selling the same product suite and falling behind the competition

I feel bad saying this, but it feels like that come along a year or so ago, sold the company, and only did it for the check.

too much changes in too little time, not fully thought through (eg CPQ, SFDC changes, access to data that actually helps making decisions, etc) and we need more people in the leadership team that understand our industry

The great resignation is hard to keep up with.

Lack of clear direction and roadmap for future success, too much change without assessing the impact to the front line, poor investment in marketing

The path to 1 billion is not defined and my desk at the office is more than 5 years old
