They must encourage the employers to keep working extra hours when its needed, recognize all the hard work.
Coworkers are all nice people but are burnt like me. We all share this feeling of being unheard, we do not matter.
This is all a lucrative business and it should be doing well thanks to covid. Telehealth took huge advantage on that situation and made a good profit, but they kept it for themselves. There is more work, but not more workers, nor higher salaries nor compensations.
