show up for work and ensuring we have a telahealth system that is more efficient than disruptive

Stop micromanaging senior resources in the team

They must encourage the employers to keep working extra hours when its needed, recognize all the hard work.

Everything. Bunch of jokers putting title labels and fooling everyone

The leadership team is clueless and adorn bloated titles

Good pay, decent benefits except high prices for medical insurance, poor work culture. Management needs a overhaul. The policies bend for top management but never for the vast reach of employees.
