Highest level of management does not listen to their employees...we are a subsidiary, so we must do what the parent company says, not what might be best for us.
there should never be more than a 5% difference in salary for those with similar tasks. bonuses should be based on performance, not what the overall international company does. (they just changed it, so we'll see how that works out). higher 401K matching. currently it is only 50% match on 5%.
