I can only see that the product focused on customer's need is growing fast, features are being developed to improve the experience. The most difficult part is to understand about the future of the company and if it will be always so good as it is now.

I would run more brownbags or similar meetings but not only with the technical subject. There is a lot of other important subjects that improves our life such as economics, regional culture, remote culture, travelling opportunities and so on.

They know what they are doing. An improvement would be just give more feedbacks or roadmaps (not only product roadmaps) but more info on the next steps and how could we collaborate better (improving skills , pe.)

In Brazil we need to follow the law, but it's flexible by the company.

I'm not lying: I feel inspired everyday, this is the best job so far: I have awesome coworkers, they are friendly and the work environment is great.

Sometimes is more important understand what you will be working on and how can you contribute than having the perfect tech background. Working on a company like Travelpass is not only being the best tech nerd ever, is about to understand the travel industry and feel the customer experience.

I feel safe so far, just missing continuously feedbacks .

Being able to contribute to the success of the company and the business core, providing the customer a great experience with travel (that are one of the things we never forget - travelling somewhere else ).

This is a good question. All the internet businesses and companies are becoming fragile. At any moment a competitor can just come from nothing and impact on the businesses. I feel there's a lot of opportunities to work on and build solutions and ideas on Travelpass, just a matter to invest on it.

It's no hard at all, in Brazil working for a multinational company is a privilege that highlights a lot our social lives.
