How would you compare interviewing at TravelPass Group to other places you've interviewed?
I think it's pretty easy since you are sincere on the answers knowing the job rules. I had already bad experiences on other companies interviews that were focused only on technical background.

I didn't find any questions difficult to answer.

Pretty good. I can totally handle emergencies at home when needed.

Fair. I prefer working with the team in the same ambient, but when home is needed, no issues at all

So far I feel it's done really well.
How innovative is TravelPass Group?
I think the solution for travel services that Travelpass Group provides are good, however, I feel there is a chance to innovate even more, with different types of solutions, not only the "where to, checkin checkout" fields. Travelpass could work on other page format where customer can give other parameters such as amount of money he want to spend and even "I don't know where to go, but I want to go". I believe there is a chance to innovate with a new brand and get another level of customers that probably would spend more for better quality hotels or those hotels that provides specific amenities and locale options such as restaurants, specific shopping business, etc.
