Fix their mistakes in timely fashion
I have tried to pull just part of my money out of this bank. I have a large amount IRS has sent them papers and now I am told it's being held up at the main office in Chino California teller even are the branch manager even told me that she's not losing her job over this.
They were nice and understanding of things compared to management. We would laugh and Chat together often and rarely had any issues.
I love working there it is great
