    It seems to be getting better, recently.

  • Most of my peers are new and extremely competent. Political leadership is lacking direction and some capabilities to lead. Union employees on the whole are underperforming and uninspired.

  • No different than any other organization except many of them have served in the military or are in the military. There is a strong sense of duty and mission accomplishment amongst them all. Finally, the organization is probably a little older than in other organizations.

  • It depends on the department, assignment, if fed employee, NAF employee or Civilian Contractor.

  • I haven't had a vacation in years.

  • Non existent for management but extremely liberal for union employees

  • Most people work 40hrs a week. A few seniors or supervisors work a little more but we get all federal holidays off and anywhere between 20-30 days a year off for personal leave plus sick leave

  • The weapons industry seems to be growing fastest. Health and human services seems to be lagging.
