What do you like best about the leadership team?
Supportive. Good Listeners. Good blend of strategic thinkers but allow tactical decisions to be made by managers and staff.
Leadership is in tune to employee needs.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Base salary is high enough so I don't rely on bonus or stock
We get both pension and TSP

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
give a more generous bonus and do more to recognize long term employees
I never receive any positive feedback for all the hard work I do. I've worked here over 8 years, and have always given my absolute best. I have been passed over for promotions because they wanted someone younger, even though I have a much better work ethic. No appreciation!

They are collaborative and goal oriented.

Service attitude. Focused on delivering value to customers. But also respect work/home life balance and individuals needs.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Panel interviews allow you to meet different members of the team giving you a better view of the organization.
they are interested in whether you are qualified to do the job rather than simply being a body that can fill a position.
The walk through tour of office afterwards
The interview process provided an actual window into the day to day work being done and what it would be like to work with my team.
The manager at the time was a fantastic person, very thorough and fair.
