No best part to my compensation apart from its great to have one!
Pay is pretty good but I wish they would give employees stock

Incredibly fast, you need to stay calm and just enjoy the job, if you get stressed easily might not be the best place to work
Most of the people here are friendly and will help you out as much as they can.
A little bit micro-managing at times, but overall the environment is relaxed and fun.

Too much micro managing
Because of the slow pace, it makes one more reactive than proactive. This leaves idle time on your hands in some area.

I want to explore other options to further my career and currently we are at a stand still as far as growth. Hopefully that will turn around
