Great vision and understanding of cyber security
The culture is falling apart day by day and the leadership severely lacks transparency and honesty about the position of the company. There are constantly organizational changes from leaders being pushed out. We don't make progress on our goals because they always change and no teams are aligned.
When I started at Cohesity it was an engineering driven company with disruptive data protection technology. Executive turnover promoted nepotism hiring from their old companies,, which eroded the engineering focus and good talent was driven out. Product quality is down and customers are leaving.
It just okay a bit lost culture wise
