What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Communication, honesty, transparency, morals and less focus on shiny objects (e.g. pushing AI), and more focus on what's best for our business. They need to get back to the actual purpose of our software and stop trying to be something we're not.

Communication is a massive issue. Their excuse is im always too busy.

Leadership only seems to listen to those who mirror their opinions. Employees are considered to be replaceable and don't matter.

Everything. Has to work at HR and treating people fairly across the board

Great compensation plan for mgt

Base salary is above market compensation. Regular bonuses, although not large, help with morale.

Benefits are on par with most Silicon Valley software companies. Plenty of vacation advertised, but in reality there is no way to take more than 3 weeks away without impacting job performance. Because remaining support staff is overworked and burned out.

Everyone needs to communicate more effectively. Projects oftentimes derail because there is a missing piece in the communication of the project, and individuals or teams aren't on the same page.

The Engineering staff rules the world. It is not diverse and one person can impact your customer, your job and the perception of you by other co-workers. You can be ignored for weeks and then expected to answer a phone call from another timezone after midnight in your timezone.

Coworkers are great. But the culture of fear created by a dictator leadership has everyone completely stressed and jumpy.

Stop be patronizing to the junior engineers. They are learning too. You guys took years to learn the same thing as well.

working with sales / sales engineers very positive. Corporate people very negative - VPs and up regularly missed meetings they accepted, regularly would not respond to e mails or meeting invites - Ironically the company states its top value is respect - laughable.

c-level needs to stop worrying about covering their --- so much. all yes men. no one will disagree with mohit or sanjay because they will certainly get fired if they do

Get a new CEO, attitude is a reflection of leadership. People are stressed out and scared at this place all the time.

CEO and leader needs to go. Attitude is a reflection of leadership. CEO is impulsive, temperamental, So all that nervous fearful energy just flows right on down the entire company.

The company didnt respond for 3 weeks and a half when they said they would get back to me within 14 days. I has to reach out just to get things moving.

The HR and mangers in recruiting area ll inexperienced

Have a more formalized process that is organized and more timely. Have executives be "present" in the interviews.

The company lets go of new hires far too quickly when its leaderships fault. Irs like having a disease and you toss the body, but realize the new body will havw it once again after its exposed to the company culture. It will never work as it should.

Product functionality is vaguely described and barely works for a majority of the customers base.

replace CEO - people are being driven by fear not passion and being a part of something.
